Gloves

Customize your gloves with a name and/or flag depending on the item.

You can customize your gloves directly on the product page.

Make sure to select "YES" to the customization. If the customization is not selected, the item will not be personalized.

Glove customization costs:

  • Short gloves: $15 CAD
  • Long gloves: $20 CAD
  • Limited edition gloves: rate displayed when a launch occurs.

Design/Limits:

  • 11 character maximum per hand on long gloves.
  • We reserve the right to refuse customizations that include inappropriate words, racism, sexism, slurs, swear words, etc
  • We use black, white, red or neon yellow vinyl depending on the glove design. Please refer to the product pictures to know what colour is used for a specific design.
  • All the flags currently available can be found on the glove product page in the flag list.

Timeline: expect a wait time of 10-15 business days for any customization request before your order is ready to ship.

Each custom gloves is done by us at our office. We receive many orders every day and we customize gloves one by one based on order dates.

The gloves are made for karting worldwide, sim racing and some track days. They are not fire proof.

It is important to note that non-customized gloves come with a string attached to both hands. Gloves cannot be returned or exchanged once the string has been cut.

Make sure to try on the gloves before you cut the string. We will not accept returns and exchanges on gloves that have already been used whether it's for 5 minutes or one year.

Take care of your gloves. Follow our care instructions that can be found in the card inside your glove pouch.

Hand wash your gloves with cold water and detergent or machine wash on delicate and cold.

Always hang dry. No tumble dry.

Caution! Remove gloves slowly after each use. Excessive pulling and stretching will cause the stitching to tear especially if hands are moist.

Be gentle with your gloves. Store them back in the pouch once you are done using them.

Quick tip: washing your gloves will help get the grip back in it's original state.

Orders

When you see an item you love, please specify the quantity and colour options you prefer then click on “Add to Cart.” After you add an item you may continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. At any time you can click on “My Cart” or the cart icon to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on “Checkout” to finish. You will then be prompted to fill out shipping and billing information. Finish by clicking “Place Order.” Be sure to look out for a confirmation email in your inbox soon after.

You must complete “Checkout” to guarantee you have the merchandise.

In an effort to ship your order as soon as possible, the ability to make edits to your order is not always available. Please contact us here: customer@moradness.com within 12 hours. 

Orders may be cancelled for a variety of reasons including lack of inventory or system error. Moradness reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of promotional codes or merchandise. Orders we deem fraudulent may also be cancelled.

If you purchase an item on the website that is marked as "pre-order", that means you are reserving the item for yourself. You will be charged at the moment of the purchase and your item will ship between 15-35 business days.

Products & Brand

Some items on the site are made-to-order pieces.

That means we do not hold already made stock and it will take around 10-15 business days to make that specific piece.

Made to order pieces include:

  • - Limited edition hoodies, shirts, etc
  • -Limited edition gloves
  • T-Shirts, hoodies, clothing.

It always depends on the demand, therefore we can't guarantee that an item will be restocked. However, we try to release new products all the time so stay tuned for more rad pieces!

Classic Gloves: these are restocked a few times a year.

Make sure to check out the product page for a restock or pre-order announcement.

Our pieces are all designed in Canada. Some pieces are assembled in Asia while some others are finished in Canada.

Hats:

Hand wash with soap and water. You can also use a mix of white vinegar, baking soda and water. Scrub all over hat and rinse with soap. This tip can help get rid of heavy stains.

Clothing:

Always wash Moradness clothing in the machine on cold and delicate.

Wash inside out to preserve and protect the print, embroidery or other decoration. (Especially if there is satin print on the garment).

Hang dry, no tumble dry.

Quick tip: to smooth out the garment or to get rid of wrinkles after your garment is dry, you can tumble dry your clothing pieces for 5 minutes or you can hot steam using a steamer.

Socks / Sim Socks:

Wash in machine on cold/delicate settings. Wash inside out to preserve the grip.

Gentle use of tumble dry if needed.

Payments

At Moradness, your personal online security is of the utmost importance to us. Moradness uses Shopify Payments as well as PayPal payment networks to ensure the latest in security technology is keeping your information safe. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address registered with your credit card company.

We accept several payment methods through Shopify Payments such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We now also accept PayPal checkout and Apple Pay.

If your shipping address is located in Canada, we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell. Taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. During checkout, an estimated applicable tax will be added to your order. This may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax as a result of different tax rates that apply to the items and destination of your orders. The actual tax amount will be included with your shipping confirmation email.

Our official currency on this site is in Canadian dollars (CAD). However, we've installed a currency converter that will pick up on your location and suggest to shop in your own currency.
