Any order being shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These costs are the sole responsibility of the receiver and we suggest you check with local postal or import authorities prior to completing your order.

If you purchase an item on the website that is marked as "pre-order", that means you are reserving the item for yourself. You will be charged at the moment of the purchase and your item will ship between 15-35 business days. 

Please note that if you add a "pre-order" item to your order, your FULL order will ship once the "pre-order" item is available and ready to ship.

Always expect a wait time of 3-6 business days for any personalization request before your order is ready to ship.

It always depends on the demand, therefore we can't guarantee that an item will be restocked. However, we try to release new products all the time so stay tuned for more rad pieces! When it comes to gloves, we generally only restock the classic styles. Consider every other design limited edition.

Our pieces are all designed in Canada. Most of our pieces are assembled in Asia and are finished and decorated in Canada by local tailors. 

Promo codes can be used on all regular pieces excluding bundles/gift sets and sale items. Only one (1) code can be used per order.
