How Rad Are You: Parker Chase

Meet Parker, 17. He's an American race car driver currently racing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in an Audi R8 LMS GT3 with Starworks Motorsport. He started racing go karts at the age of 10. 2018 was his first year of professional racing in Pirelli World Challenge in GT4 and it was quite successful!

Where are you from?

I am from New Braunfels, Texas, USA

Ambitious - Outgoing - Enjoyable 

What's the best part about your sport?

The group effort that it takes to be successful, and all the effort that is put into the team between race weekends.

Oulton Park Circuit, Virginia International Raceway, St. Petersburg

Greatest accomplishment yet as an Athlete? 

Winning the 2018 Pirelli World Challenge Championship with Ryan Dalziel. 

If you were not racing, what would you do as a career?

I would most likely be a Chef and eventually open up a restaurant. Hopefully grow it to more than 1. That's still my backup plan! 

What does the word "Rad" mean to you?

It means being outgoing and extravagant!

Probably that I move him too much when he is sleeping. He tends to lay right in my spot or on top of me so I have to push him off 24/7.
