We are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell. Taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. During checkout, an estimated applicable tax will be added to your order. This may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax as a result of different tax rates that apply to the items and destination of your orders. The actual tax amount will be included with your shipping confirmation email.
When you see an item you love, please specify the quantity and color options you prefer then click on “Add to Cart.” After you add an item you may continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. At any time you can click on “My Cart” or the cart icon to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on “Checkout” to finish. You will then be prompted to fill out shipping and billing information. Finish by clicking “Place Order.” Be sure to look out for a confirmation email in your inbox soon after.
Orders may be cancelled for a variety of reasons including lack of inventory or system error. Moradness reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of promotional codes or merchandise.
If you purchase an item on the website that is marked as "pre-order", you will be charged at the moment of the purchase and your item will ship between 15-60 business days. If your item does not become available by the pre-order expiration date (over 60 business days), we will cancel the order and refund your purchase.
Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering. All orders are shipped with Canada Post. If you purchased “pre-order” items, those specific products will ship within 15-60 business days of ordering.

Any order being shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These costs are the sole responsibility of the receiver and we suggest you check with local postal or import authorities prior to completing your order.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.
We are unable to ship to 3rd party shipping services.

Your satisfaction is very important to us! Any unused or unopened product with the tag and sticker can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 15 days of receipt.
If a product is defective the day you receive it, it may be exchanged for a new product, which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

Refunds: All refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt, after merchandise inspection. You will be notified by email. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees for any refund or exchange. We will not be able to refund shipping fees for a simple return or exchange.

We do offer free pick-up in Canada, in the Toronto/GTA region.
Once you place your order and choose the "pick-up" option, you will receive an email with a few location options. These usually include Markham and downtown Toronto. You will have to schedule the date and time of your pick-up by email.
We also offer free pick-up in the United States at certain racing events throughout the year.
